Project Description:
Provide multi-use state of the art lounge for Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Scope of work includes new food services area for commercial use, high end custom mill-work and infrastructure for new AV system. We also replaced HVAC equipment, duct-work and piping from 100 level to the 300 level.
