Construction Managament (CM)

Ideal Construction provides leadership and guidance on all construction items and keeps the entire project team well informed. The project manager establishes and evaluates the project budget and schedule, providing real-time information to the owner. Ideal reviews and coordinates the bid package, oversees all bidding, writes the contracts for the owner, manages procurement of material and supplies, coordinates the work of all trade contractors, ensures conformance to design requirements, provides current cost and progress information as the work proceeds, and performs other construction-related services.
