Meet the Team

Ric Rivera- President

Mr. Rivera has been involved in the interior construction industry for over 30 years.  During that time, he has been associated with and has excelled at well established companies in New York City.  The extent of his diverse experience ranges from serving as superintendent and estimator to senior project manager and project executive on a variety of projects.  His experience covers every facet of interior construction.

Mr. Rivera serves as President and Founder of Ideal Interiors.  He is responsible for the overall strategic management of Ideal, setting corporate direction and focus.  Day to day estimating and project management teams report to him.

 

Bill Hanson- C.F.O

Mr. Hanson is Ideal Interiors’ CFO. He is responsible for all the financial transactions and project accounting of Ideal’s accounting department.

Mr. Hanson has been involved as a senior team member of management in operations and finance for over 25 years. With a foundation in manufacturing and Information Technology, he began a career in the construction industry over 10 years ago. His depth of experience has been gained from all facets of the construction industry, as a subcontractor, general contractor and construction manager. His role as a senior team member has given himexpertise in project cost accounting, OCIP compliance, project audits & contract negotiations.

Prior to joining Ideal, Mr. Hanson served as Chief Financial Officer of Star Screen International and Chief Operating Officer of Roxbury Industries.

Jeffrey Hagen- C.E.O

Mr. Hagen is Ideal Interiors’ C. E. O. He has more than 23 years of experience in the construction industry. Jeffrey brings knowledge and experience to Ideal with his background in project management, budget control, cost analysis, team development, quality management, procurement and scheduling in the construction industry. Professional attributes include proven leadership and motivational qualities in team and individual environments, strong  problem solving and decision making capabilities and excellent  organizational and interpersonal skills. Mr. Hagen has a Bachelor of Architect from the Syracuse University School of Architecture & he is a LEED AP

 

Eric Janssen- Vice President of Estimating

Mr. Janssen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Technology from New York Institute of Technology.

Mr. Janssen has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years. The extent of his experience is much diversified ranging from field superintendent, project manager, senior project manager, project executive, estimator, chief estimator, vice president of estimating & purchasing.

His experience in both interior and exterior construction is greatly varied and detailed.
